Polyurethane (PU) Production Line

The polyurethane composite panel production line, also known as the PU sandwich panel production line, is produced by Zhejiang Yizhou Technology. The composite panels have a core made of polyurethane, sandwiched between top and bottom layers of color steel sheets. The production line uses the world’s most advanced six-component online automatic mixing and pouring technology. This allows the batching and mixing process, whether in a central batching facility or a factory, to be completed in a single online operation. The process can be adjusted according to the temperature online, enabling the production of unique, high-strength, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly building panels. Zhejiang Yizhou Technology’s polyurethane composite panels adopt advanced domestic and international roll forming technology, HCFC polyurethane (chemical) foaming technology, composite conveying technology, vector frequency conversion technology, and hydraulic control technology. The polyurethane composite panel production line is a multifunctional fully automatic production line that integrates processes such as uncoiling, laminating, cutting, forming, preheating, foaming, curing, cutting, drying, stacking, conveying, and packaging. The polyurethane foaming panel production line from Zhejiang Yizhou Technology uses a dual-belt temperature control system that employs hot air circulation heating. After being heated by a heating device, the circulating air is sent into the heating air duct by a fan, which is used to heat the upper and lower conveyor panels moving at a constant speed. This process heats the composite panels, ensuring that the polyurethane foaming panel production line cures more stably, and that the foam adheres more firmly to the panel surface, thereby reducing the occurrence of foam spots and bubbles. The roller wheels of the forming machine in Zhejiang Yizhou Technology’s polyurethane composite panel production line are made of high-quality Cr12MoV steel. After precision machining by CNC, the surface is treated with hard chrome plating, resulting in a high surface hardness of the rollers, good surface smoothness, high forming quality of the panels, and no damage to the paint surface, ensuring durability. The upper and lower conveyor panels of the PU sandwich panel production equipment are composed of a set of chain plates approximately 200 mm wide, driven by a frequency conversion motor through a gear reduction box. The speed can be automatically adjusted to maintain synchronization between the upper and lower conveyors. The position of the lower conveyor is fixed, while the height of the upper conveyor can be adjusted by an electronically controlled hydraulic jack to ensure a consistent thickness of the composite panels. The production speed of the PU sandwich panel production equipment ranges from 2 to 10 meters per minute (steplessly adjustable according to the steel plate forming requirements), with an annual production capacity of up to 1,000,000 square meters.
